We, The Removal Shop, and our affiliates including delivery companies and third-party couriers always do our best to ensure our products arrive in a timely fashion and in excellent condition.

As soon as we receive your order, we will prepare it for dispatch. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email of notification informing you of shipping method (courier company) and any tracking numbers if applicable.

We offer a next day delivery service on most products on our store. Orders placed before 12pm will be eligible for next day delivery. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note on Bank Holidays orders placed after 5pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We recommend that you check the goods for any damages/breakages or shortages on delivery and inform us immediately if there is a problem with your order.

If your order is damaged, we will need a photo of the damage so that we can make a claim on the relevant courier.

Whatever the situation, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days in new and unused condition, and we’ll refund the full cost of the item less shipping costs. (Terms Below)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase included. Please outline the reason for return.

Once received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you of whether or not the return is accepted or rejected.

If accepted, your refund will be processed same day and a credit will be applied back to your initial payment method within 28 days. If after 28 days your refund is still not visible on your account, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, follow the process above and a replacement order will be dispatched same day if accepted. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by The Removal Shop Limited. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service with proof of delivery as we cannot accept liability for the items until we have received them.

Order Cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract in law within 14 days after you receive your delivery. This means that during the relevant period, if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, provided you have not used the product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
